Nearly 15 years in next-generation aerospace systems development have cemented Kyle’s reputation as a go-to leader when our program manager clients seek successful program teams. For example, he was pivotal in supporting the DARPA-led Air Dominance Initiative, followed by a founding role with the Navy Special Programs’ Innovation Team. Whether directly supporting our customers’ programs, or equipping our organization to do so, Kyle’s focus is ensuring ideation leads to development, test, and transition.

Scott Mosher // Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder
Program success demands effective execution in the business/financial realm as well as the technical. Scott brings a business operations perspective uniquely forged through advanced technology programs, as well as commercial disciplines including banking and accounting, to enable that success. He has been the programmatic and financial lead on more than eight programs across a decade in the biotechnology, aerospace, and computer science sectors.

Vijay Ramasubramanian // Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder
With over 20 years of experience, Vijay’s career has spanned industry, private consulting, and U.S. Government support. Vijay assembles and leads high-caliber technical teams; to illustrate, he served as DARPA’s Chief Engineer for the Experimental Spaceplane program. He also builds atop his strong background in multiple engineering disciplines to communicate technically with decision-makers and translate their intent into the intellectual property and contract domains.
